Our firm has a professional staff of ten, including four partners.

The partners are:

Mr. Richards, the senior partner, is a Certified Public Accountant and Attorney, admitted to practice in New York State. Since 1959, the majority of his practice has focused on retail automotive dealerships. His background as a CPA includes supervision of certified audits, financial analysis, installing and reviewing internal controls, and providing tax and management services. As an Attorney, Mr. Richards has represented over 200 dealers in the purchase or sale of their dealerships.


Mr. Charles joined the firm in 1982 and was admitted into the partnership in 1988. He is the managing partner of the firm's extensive computer services, tax and audit departments. Mr. Charles has many years of experience in various industries specializing in the retail automobile industry. Through his experience and contacts within the profession, he is able to make a unique contribution to the firm's practice and growth.


Mr. Goren joined the firm in 1985 and was recently admitted into the partnership. Mr. Goren was formerly a controller with the Hertz® Corporation and has over 20 years of experience in both public accounting practice and corporate controllership functions. Mr. Goren has been extensively involved in the management of the firm's tax research and certified audit services.
